The Boxmo disposables were sent to me for review from Vaptex (learn more about them here). These are rechargeable disposables with some of the best flavor I’ve gotten from disposables yet.

Design

They’re very nice-looking devices. They have the shape and style of a non-disposable single-battery device so they feel good in the hand. The colors are all nice gradients that fit the flavors of the device. The grip is a soft rubberized texture and the Boxmo lettering is slightly raised.

Photo Etching Mesh Technology

Vaptex uses 1.2Ohm mesh coils in these, which they say are created using a unique photo etching process rather than a liquid erosion process that most other companies use to create mesh strips. I’m not familiar with either process, but Vaptex says that this makes the mesh more precise and heats more evenly. It might not be anything that you’d notice while vaping, but I think it’s interesting. I also think these devices perform great so maybe there’s something to this.

Airway Automatic Cleaning Technology

The Boxmo also has what Vaptex calls Airway Automatic Cleaning Technology or AACT. I’m not sure I completely understand everything going on here but it looks like they’ve shaped the inside of the mouthpiece so that condensation buildup drips downward and back into the wicking material, rather than pooling up on the coil and flooding like other disposables. It’s a little thing but a nice feature. I know a lot of people hate getting e-juice in their mouth, so this prevents that. I haven’t gotten any spitback at all from these.

Performance

The Boxmo is an auto-draw device so there are no buttons or switches to use here. Just take a hit and it activates.

The airflow is a tight restricted draw.

The 1.2 Ohm mesh coil is designed for high nicotine and good hits, and that’s what you get here. The hits are really nice, and the flavor is great.

Battery

The battery inside the Boxmo is a 650 mAh battery that charges using USB-C. So you’ll be sure to get everything out of it, and it’ll charge fast.

Flavors

There are 10 flavors in the line and they sent me seven so I’ll talk about those.

Black Currant

This is a nice strong and sweet black currant with some ice to it.

Banana Ice

This is just like a banana taffy candy. It’s a strong sweet banana flavor and is really good

Mango Ice

I think this is a really good mango. That flavor is on point. I think if it didn’t have ice added, it would taste very close to an actual mango. This might be one of the best mango flavors I’ve had from any device.

Peach Ice

This is a very nice peachy flavor. It’s more of a sweet natural peach than a candy peach. It makes me think of that red center of a peach when you pull the pit out. Nice and juicy.

Peach Mango Watermelon

The mango comes out the strongest here and there’s just a hint of that peach and watermelon. Another great mango flavor.

Strawberry Ice

This is a rich strawberry. More of a natural earthy strawberry.

Strawberry Milkshake

I get that same earthy natural strawberry as the Strawberry Ice flavor combined with a creamy milkiness of a milkshake. It’s not as sweet as a real milkshake but it has a milky taste that works really well.

So that’s what they sent me, but they also have three others; Blue Razz Lemonade, Watermelon Ice, and Tropical Fruit.

Final Thoughts

I really like these. The flavors are all great, they’re on point, they’re sweet, and they’re nice and strong. The devices perform really well too. I get a nice good hit every time, and it’s a satisfying vape.
